Samsung Washing Machine Water Pump
After serious study on my 5 year old Samsung washing machine failing to work properly, I find on the internet suspiciously numerous customers with the same failed part so I bought this new pump and did my own replacement. Estimates from local appliance repair companies put this repair in the neighborhood of $500.00 which was absurd based on the original purchase price of $695.00.
I was shocked at the repeated number of people with this same issue. I would certainly think a machine of this cost would last longer than 5 years.
After my repair the machine worked as it should so I am very happy I found this part and was able to do the repair myself.
$65.00 vs. $500.00 was a great relief.
I am hoping that with this review some one at Samsung will make efforts to produce machines that have a better quality pump since this is the heart of this machine. I am very fortunate to have the skills to do my own repair.

Best Idea for Home Mechanic
3 personnes sur 3 ont jugé cet avis utile. I looked at the mid lift jacks in the $2,000/$3,000 range and decided that four of these would do pretty much what that life would so I bought four of them. Wow. I used a rolling floor jack to get the car just high enough to get one of these under each corner of the car. Jacking each jack one click of the safety catch, I have enough room to do all the repairs I need to do. 6000 lb lift on all four corners is an easy chore for these lifts. I love the locking safety system. Just let it fall into place, relieve the hydraulics and let the jack lock for safe passage under your car.
Plenty of lift for most any DIY car buff. A couple of 2 x 4's gave me another 1.5" of height also and no issues with stability either. Love them.
