  Seller sent me a pair of Nike s totally different to what was featured in the listing. They ignored my communication. Had to open an eBay dispute. Since opening the dispute the seller has communicated. They started off by offering me a £10 refund if I keep them. I refused. Then they increased to a £20 refund if I keep them. I refused. This now feels to me like I ve bought fake Nikes as these tactics are so typical of such sellers who don t want to provide a return shipping address plus costs.

  Original item was lost in the post, which I had to chase and then it took time for the seller to reply. Seller replaced the item promptly, but the tracking information did not update, so still did not know when it would arrive. Item arrived safely as described and seller was very apologetic. I would advise improving the admin side of the business but son will be happy with his trainers
