  USPS had the package in transit much longer than usual. It was also Christmas rush week. I dropped the package myself as soon as I received payment and sent the customer all shipping and tracking information. I truly could not comprehend how EBay permitted a negative feedback to me, when all info is well documented of the departure day and all the transit history.
