good value but poor packaging

The overall product is a good value. The package includes all the necessary items to do it yourself maintenance. My only area of concern is all the small items to include spark plugs and gas filter are in the box loose. I feel that some type of better packaging should be in place to ensure the integrity of the small parts during shipment. The store I bought them from agreed and indicated they would contact John Deere to share my concern. Overall, I will purchase this item again and from the same store. Good Value

Best screen shield you can buy.

This is swecond time we have purchased these shields. They are durable and easy to install without air bubbles. They have saved both my wife and my screen on the phone several times. Great solid product.

Well described product

I have used this product for the past 2 years. Upon cleaning stove pipe each year there is no build up, only a very thin wafer like pieces that fall out nicely. Product protects from creosote build up properly. I use this product more frequently than it calls for however, we burn our stove 7 days a week 24/7. I have already purchased 2 more 2 pound tubs to start the season.
