Informative Read

Good read and enlightening information. Part 1 could tend to be a bit on the technical/scientific side. Part 2 & 3 I found more interesting, for me. Overall, two thumbs up👍👍.

Great Sharpening Tool!

I previously used a manual sharpening tool...metal and ceramic then finished with sharpening steel. Did okay but not quite the best edge. With Chefs Choice, sharpening is a breeze! Now I have blades that are better than when they were new. Can't believe how long I've been using "dull" knives!!!
