  I had bid on a HO locomotive. Bidding had a little more than two hours remaining. I was winning as there were no other bidders. I suddenly got a notification that I had won and to pay. When I attempted to pay it said the seller had cancelled my order. This is no way to do business. I have bid on many items on eBay and have 100% positive feedback. This is a some case of a seller who didn't get the bidding as high as they wanted and decided to cheat to not allow the item to go.
