The right part
This was exactly what we needed to repair our garage door opener. It is a good value, and enables the homeowner to save a lot of money over calling the garage door repair company. It is relatively easy to install and worked perfectly on the first attempt a few weeks ago, and is still operating normally.

Excellent
I have been enjoying the workouts on these dvds. I haven’t done all of them yet, it’s good that there are 30 of them so it’s a good value and you don’t have to keep doing the same few workouts over and over. The background scenery in Jamaica is gorgeous. The workouts themselves do not seem overly strenuous but always I feel better after doing them. Miranda talks a lot about what each stretch and exercise is doing for the various muscles. I do other exercise as well but these are only about 22 minutes each so they don’t take too much time out of your day.

Beautiful Photos
This is a lovely book about one of my favorite places, with lots of good recipes. Some are more complicated than others but many are quite accessible for the home cook.
