Good product at 1/2 the retail price
I Needed a booster because I often work in areas with minimal cell service.
I've tried the $100 to $200 units but they just do not work.
This one gave me three bars where I barely had one, last time I was out there.

my favorite clamps at a very fair price!
I have a plethora of clamps in my arsenal but these are by far my favorite!
One reason is the fact they can be adjusted, but the main reason is that they are perfect for longer term wear.
I have taken the adjustement screws out because over the years my nipples have toughened up enough they are no longer necesarry.
I believe the long term wear is made possible because the clip is wider, grabbing more of the nipple, as opposed to clover clips for instance.
The clovers are much more intense, so it depends on what you or the person putting them on you, are/is trying to achieve.

Excellent value

I've used this product for many years, I really like how it smells and I get lots of compliments.
I look at the reviews of sellers and how busy they are right after I see a price I can live with, followed by placing my order.
The product arrived quickly and was indeed brand new, far too often sellers claim a new product only to find out they are selling lightly used sample bottles.
