Entertaining, easy to follow along and most importantly, motivating to get you moving.
I’ve had this DVD before and missed it terribly. So much so to look for it to purchase again. The exercises on here are fun and would definitely get your heart rate going but can definitely be done in one completed round. The only thing is that the DVD skips the intro but that’s not terribly important. Overall, I’m happy and grateful with my purchase. Thank you.
