Big & sturdy!
Good sturdy mug. Holds lots so I don’t have to make so many trips to the kitchen.

Good book but NOT a dictionary for body language.
It contains a lot of interesting facts. With a lot of pictures, it is a quick read. I felt the title was misleading because it rarely mentions body language.
