Although the item I ordered arrived damaged from FedEx and inoperable, thomasjames22 was quick to respond to messages and work with me address the issues again. While I wish I was able to use the product, I'm very impressed with the professionalism and understanding thomasjames22 has shown through the process. Item description ranked 3 b/c I was unable to test / use it. I imagine it would have been operable had shipping damage not occurred.
