  I would have preferred communication immediately notifying me that something had gone wrong with the listing or that the listing could not have been fulfilled. Not sending any messages to the buyer after 10 days when there was a known issue is a business faux pas.

  This was the strangest experience i have had with a purchase. The seller evidently had no packing materials, newspaper or anything to keep items from bumping against each other. So he places a computer motherboard (loose) a power supply (loose) , 2 sticks of ram (loose), and a cpu , loose & escaped the clamshell package. and a driver CD, BROKEN, and looks like rats had chewed on paper sleeve. I have bought $5 hot wheels packed better & in better shape upon arrival. Somehow got it running.
