I contacted the seller and sent him pics of how the item arrived. he said that the package did not look like that when he shipped it out . he said item was packed up nice and tight . but the box looked like it had been smashed and there was a big hole in the corner of the box when I received it . all the packing was very loose and 3 knobs had been knocked off the amp control panel. and cast was broken on one knob .

Great replacement
Have an older 595 model that has not worked this good in a long time. Definitely recommend.

Nothing like the real thing!
Product as described. With the angle of the screws, it is a bit difficult to get at properly but that is a good thing. Do not want to make it easy for thieves. The racks are solid and sturdy and fit my Edge perfectly.
