  Appreciate seller shipping it out the next day & got it a few days ago, but it’s not brand new, there is white powder residue in the zipper pock and peeling even a few small spots peeled off on top of bag. None of this was shown in the photos or mentioned in the description, i even checked to be sure. I don’t mind if the bag is used, but with the peeling of the faux leather, it’s disappointing. I didn’t contact seller about the issue since there’s no returns. Other than that smooth transaction

  Hello; We are truly sorry about this experience. We can assure you this bag has never been used and the pictures you saw on the listing are actually the bag you received. My wife and I inspect every item before posting and also when packaging; somehow these minor issues, which are very valid, were missed. This bag was produced somewhere in 2017 or before, so it was stored for some years. This makes this bag unique and hard to find! We are contacting you now to resolve this. thank you!
