  My item is exactly as described and arrived on time. Just odd that the name on the package was a different name (not mine). I almost sent it back, but the tracking number matched, so I opened it and found that it was my item and everything else on the packaging slip matched what I expected, except the packaging slip also had a different name, not me. Bottom line is that I got what I paid for, in a timely fashion, so I'm happy. Though mildly confused. Thank you.

  This is my first brand new in a box Le Creuset purchase in 15 years. I’ve had this username for 22 years buying 2nd hand & limited edition pieces. Inspired by MM I couldn’t resist the deal saving over $170 thinking it was coming from Sri Lanka in 3 weeks. It arrived within a week, in a Williams Sonoma box with WS receipt & labels.   Great seller with excellent communication! We had a slight hiccup where only one of two cases was sent. I emailed the seller, and it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY! Mistakes are going to happen; a great seller resolves those problems quickly. I would definitely buy from this seller again!
