  Received clock Thursday November 30th 2023, later in the day. Box was damaged slightly. During unboxing noticed clock was moving around in the box. Once removed found clock in pictured condition. pendulum bob & bob rod should have been removed from case before shipping. Clocked was packed lightly causing damage to clock from rough handling even though box was marked handle with care ( this has happened before with certain shipping groups causing damage ) . Worked on clock to repair it.
