Great authentic Southwestern cookbook.
I purchased this book as a gift for someone else. I have had a copy for at least 20 years. Every dish I have made from the recipes in the book have come out outstanding. I highly recommend the menudo. I will not eat menudo unless I make it using this recipe.

It shows pressure
I purchased this item because I wasn't sure the guage I was using was accurate. My old gauge showed 40 psi and this gauge showed 25 psi. I have no idea which gauge is closer to correct but I believe this guage is more accurate.

Works great direct fit
Works great so far. It was a direct replacement for the original gun on a 30 year old millermatic 200 machine. Consumable parts are readily available for the gun and the longer length helps a lot. The low price was misleading as I didn't expect to receive a product of this quality. They are so inexpensive I intend to purchase another for a spare..
