Not good for hotflashes
The one thing in which I CAN complain about is this cortisol helps you GAIN weight. When it was recommended to me, it was to help with hot flashes. It never did and my appetite increased with a vengeance. In my experience, don't go to someone that does not have years experience or knowledge of what the heck she is talking about because she does not believe in doctors! My mistake for listening to her.
Turmeric is better to add to your food and to cut down hot flashes.

So, so.
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. This was a sample of Tiffany's Trueste. Can't say I was crazy about it, and it came in less than full tube. Just did not like the smell of it, but it was nice to try something I did not have to pay full price on, which was great.

Good light weight make up base
I have already used this product for two days now and it works very well. I use it under my base make up then highlight features. I am not disappointed with it. Shipped when they said they would. Excellent communication.
