The mug is working well so far. Coffee doesn't get as hot as my previous mug from a different brand. The app for the mug on the other hand is trash. It constantly disconnects from the mug. When I exit the app and then open it later, I have to re-pair the mug. It's like the app has Alzheimer's. The app also crashes every time I try to do an update. It gets to 2% and then hangs. So if your main reason for buying this is the ability to control the mug with the app, I'd stay away from this product.
