Awesome - wish we had bought this 30 years ago
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. Purchased the base unit for making tomato sauce and ordered the additional accessory screens and auger to use with other food processing. So far, so good. Looking forward to trying out all the various options and expect all to function as well as the tomato seed/skin screen did. Initially was pre-cooking tomatoes to soften slightly, which was required with the 'other' food mill. Tried milling the tomatoes 'fresh' and was very satisfied with the outcome - saves time and a rather messy step. Ran the seeds/skins through several times and was surprised at the amount of additional sauce that was salvaged. Great addition to the equipment inventory and will definitely recommend to other food-prepper enthusiasts looking to save time and improve food quality.
