It's not a good value for me and I can't recommend it. I've tried clamping in down from the top and bottom of the neck and it does not clamp all of the strings so they get a clear ring. Depending on whether I clamp from the top or bottom of the neck, either the 1st string or the 6th string has a buzz to it or has a deading sound. It will not clamp all six strings down on the neck of my Gibson SJ Jumbo so that they all ring. Sorry to not be able to give you a favorable recommendation but you ask.
