Marpac Sleep Mate Classic Two Speed White Noise Sound Therapy Machine 980 A

Now I can sleep again!!

My parents bought a Sleep Mate White Noise machine back in the late 60's or early 70's. I ended up with it decades ago and was amazed it lasted for so many years! Finally, after over 35 years of using it every night it stopped working. (It only had one speed and a different on and off switch. It was also a slightly different model.) When it "died" I was distraught as I can't sleep without white noise! I don't need a modern machine with various sounds, rain, crickets, a babbling brook etc., just white noise. Since my original Sleep Mate Sound Machine was made with such exceptional quality I went looking to replace it and happily found one on e-Bay! I don't know how long this machine will last but if it comes close to the original one I had it will out live me! Kindest thanks, Zoe Elizabeth vB

A Christmas Favorite! GREAT acting and an uplifting storyline!

This movie is sure to delight! The actors are FABULOUS (I especially like the role Patty Duke plays) and the story line keeps you engaged throughout the movie! I watch it several times throughout the year due it being a "feel good" movie. I have this movie on VHS but HAD to get the DVD! It's a GREAT family film for all ages! I highly recommend it!
