Life changing book
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I have multiple health issues including chronic inflammation in the joints (shoulders,) spine, hip, both wrists and arms and neck. I have become disabled to do my regular job as a professional waiter.
This book by an M.D. author discusses why are we not healing. The gut is leaking, that's why. Nutrients are getting depleted and the good bacteria is disappearing because of antibiotics, processed food and un-helathy life style. I've been discussing the book with my brother who is a mega-health concerned person.
I love this book and will be reading it few times until I follow the doctor's advices and hoping to heal from my injuries and chronic health issues.
AND yes we need to eat some dirt. HE is absolutely right.

Gifted 8000 miles away and LOVED much.
It was a gift to take with me overseas to my brother. He loved it, I wore it once to try it. IT has great balanced and deep smell.

Very useful book for writers
I saw this book in my public library, scouting for grammar books to write a novel and a book I've been working on. I loved it so i decided to just buy it. You can't beat that price. The book is really great especially for me, where English is my second language.
