Despite being asked to use our official support channel and phone number, the buyer chose not to. We believe in maintaining a respectful environment for all. This incident should serve as a warning to others to avoid dealings with this buyer!!

So now I am out $175 and I have no batts. Dude got into an email war with me vs just honor his 100% satisfaction return policy. Working with ebay now to try and get some resolution. All the guy had to do was honor his listing, but instead he picked a fight over email. As stated before, more than happy to offer you a refund for these items that you are unsatisfied with. However, you MUST return the items first! You claim to have shipped batteries via Air-Mail. Impossible. Standalone lithium-ion batteries (UN3480) are prohibited on commercial aircraft. We did not receive the items that you claim to have returned. We can not issue a refund for items that were not returned. Why didn't you follow the official eBay return methods and policies?

Rubbish. Don't waste your time or money.
Absolutely nothing like the listings photos, or descriptions claims! Constructed of inferior materials. Horrible assembly quality. Bent, broken and cracked, cheap thin aluminum frame. Loose wiring. Exposed wiring is in no way water resistant much less waterproof.
All of these are false advertising claims.

Affordable economy quality.
These Hosa cables are good for permanent installation. These cables have molded plastic ends and are not serviceable so they are not suitable for gigging.
