Great Protection, at a Price
I've used LifeProof cases starting with my iPhone 4, back when they promoted it for underwater video use. That one fried after a summer of swimming in the Gulf, but otherwise they've delivered dependable protection, although not cheap. So far no problems with accessibility, and no worries about shock or drop. Price? Seems steeper than necessary.

LifeProof Expensive But Worth It
LifeProof cases are expensive up front, but one drop of an unprotected device on a concrete driveway more than pays for itself.
