Headers

These headers fit great around everything on a C6, 05 Corvette no issues. The bad and they only thing keeping me from a 5 star is the passenger side bolted right up no issues, however the drivers side is where things got sideways slightly. The drivers side bolt hole 3 and 4 had to be drilled out larger due to a slight misalignment with the gasket/head. The alignment issue is not side to side but vertical so they have to be enlarged vertical. I know this was a known issue but was hoping it had been fixed by now but it appears it has not so be prepared to do a little modifying. The headers are good quality, welds look nice, unfortunately they do not have the collector merge spike but all tube are centered perfectly within. The headers tuck up under the car with minimal ground clearence loss, they center up to the tunnel like stock exhaust. All on all very happy with how the install went- sucks doing on jack stands- and the money saved to go towards other mods. I would buy again and recommend any C6 Corvette owner wanting to save money and still gain the performance.
