  Seller showed a deep knowledge of the item being sold, and when the shipper (FedEx) took forever to deliver, the seller was extremely patient and helpful as we both experienced a nightmare dealing with the shipper. He graciously offered a refund, even before the item was declare lost. After FedEx declared the item lost and I had my refund, they found and delivered the package and I refunded the refund. It was very stressful for both of us, and I truly appreciate the seller's grace and patience.

  First class eBay seller. Item as described! Packaging was carefully done and my turntable made it across country with zero issues. He upgraded the shipping to two day, much appreciated. Buying vintage hi-fi on line can be a risky business, but this guy is honest and cares about his buyers. Very satisfied customer here!!
