Works great, minimal heat buildup.
Product works well with 30" legacy Apple Cinema HD display; minimal heat buildup in power supply, even under heavy usage.

Great for replacing flimsy aluminum finned north bridge heat sinks from the factory.
Fairly sturdy heat sink, bleeds off heat very well, works even better when a fan is mounted to it, dropped my north bridge operating temperature by nearly 5 degrees Celsius without fan and 15 degrees Celsius with a fan.

Very quiet for its size
Fan works great with EnzoTech Forged copper north bridge heat sink. The combination of the two components dropped my north bridge temperature by 15 degrees Celsius.
