Lots of studying needed
This is an overwhelming amount of information. If you have a lot of time to study, then this is for you. I personally would prefer a better break down of the information. If given the opportunity now, I wouldn't of purchased the book.

1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. Best thing I’ve ever bought my eyes. Takes all the blue outta my work monitor, which means no eye strain. Can’t wait to see what they do to those crazy blue headlights, when night driving. Happy eyes!! I think I’ll get a second pair!
*update Ear piece broke in 3 days of receiving :( Still love how the lenses work tho
