Small containers
Not really a deal for very small containers.

Do I tighten the bolts or not-won't roll with them tight??????
Directions are non-existent. If you tighten the bolts tight, which it seems they should be, the wheels do not roll, so I had to loosen the bolts in order for the wheels to roll. Sent a message to sender but have not heard back. Also,the handle does not swivel. But it seems to be made very well and is quite heavy.

Don't Bother!
