When you experience the exercises you can actually feel the release and freedom in your whole body. I am an Alexander Technique and Body Mapping fan, so it seemed plausible that the information is absolutely correct. And the benefits are astounding.
It's very dense in some of the chapters so be prepared to use it as a text to go back to and study. Excellent! Turned my singing and energy into vibrancy. Thank you Patrick!

It’s okay to learn on
0 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. The top is laminate wood. It has a baritone ukelele sound. I am a beginner. The quality and skill of my playing might not bring out the instruments ring. But, I would recommend it as certainly adequate and it stays in tune after not using it for a day.
