I love it! But it's heavy
I like the color, I like the speed. I've been using it for 2wks, and so far there was no problem. My previous laptop had 4G RAM and 500GB HDD. It easily got slower even when I opened only two windows... However, this Dell laptop is saving my life and my time. Now I can open 15 windows + 7tabs of chrome at the same time, and there is no issue with it.
But it has a few mid-major scratches on the bottom part where no one will notice it and have many minor scratches on the top. And one of the 3 usb ports was damaged, so I can't use it. Plus, it is heavy.
Other than that, I'm really satisfied with this product with this price. Everyone said the color is really nice! It was totally worth it to spend my money on it!!

The box was torn up
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. One edge of the package was completely opened. Inside of the box, there was no bubble wrap but just some crumpled papers...so, yes, the cover of the book was little bit damaged but it is not too bad.
