  When I received the bracelet, it was in two parts. When I contacted the seller he said it was probably broken in the mail. I know that was false because I took it to my jeweler that said a diamond was also missing. I reached out to the seller once again and his response was you bought it and it’s yours now. I would Never buy anything again from him and anything on ebay again.

  Item was in PERFECT condition when shipped. It's BLATANTLY obvious in the pictures on the listing. Item arrived to buyer friday afternoon. Saturday afternoon (24 hours later) I get a message that it's broken. Buyer claims to not have opened it until she sent the message about it being broken. Once buyer had another jeweler touch this item, who knows what happened, these people can be doing anything. Buyer reported to Ebay.
