  First let me say the item finally arrived and was wrapped and forested. I'm leaving a negative review because I paid for this item on Sep 8. After 3 days I sent several messages to the seller with ZERO response. I finally received notice from ebay a label was created on sep 19, the day before I could cancel the order. It finally arrived on sep 23. I paid immediately, 11 days to create a shipping label. ZERO communication. I would suggest you shop elsewhere.

  I sincerely wish I could leave a more positive review. However, the promised shipping time of three days after payment did not happen when I follow it up by eBay messaging, I got no response. I then followed up again several days later and did not receive a response. However, at that time, tracking number was finally entered into the system. When received the item was as described and very well packaged.

  3 days after purchase item still not shipped, told seller I really needed part. Seller apologized and shipped priority. Got the item 2 days later. Well packaged and works great. Appreciate attentiveness, would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Wonderful seller with excellent communication. The piece was exactly as described. The packaging for shipment was the most solid and secure I have ever seen. It took me 10 minutes to get the painting out! But alas, it arrived in perfect condition and is even more beautiful than it appeared online. Thank you!

  Wonderful experience with this dealer..purchase item was incredibly packaged and arrived safely and as stated. Great communication..and I would say don't hesitate run right to their site and enjoy their treasures..and make one your own. A+++ all the way..

  This seller is amazing! The item was fragile/breakable & they wrapped it so well in bubble wrap & then put packing paper inside as well. They even marked the box FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE! I know the seller did everything perfectly but the post office did a great disservice to the seller & myself with how the box arrived! I thought for sure the item was broken! The box was was crushed in on one of the corners & the address label was ripped in half from the box. I highly recommend this seller!
