  I PAID for many items from this seller. Msgd him & put in checkout terms to hold for combined shipping in 1 box when I was done buying. WE BOTH AGREED in ebay msgs he would refund my S/H fees, & I would send him a PREPAID 2-DAY FEDEX label via ebay including full insurance and sig. reqd. AT MY EXPENSE, b/c USPS service terrible here. He agreed and took ~$1000 of prepaid orders total, but when ready to ship in few weeks, he CANCELED every item I purch w/o explanation. So he used my $$$$ for free.
