  Excellent service, the item was delivered a lot quicker than expected and the seller messaged me to let me know it had been posted. The item (ornament) was very very well packed and marked fragile. I would definitely recommend this seller.

  Unfortunately the item had been damaged during transit by the couriers. The seller was extremely helpful and polite and between us all was sorted and a refund made. All very friendly and amicable - and I would certainly not hesitate to use this seller again.   Purchased a Royal Doulton figure, it arrived well packaged and was exactly as described. Seller let me know when parcel was dispatched and it arrived much sooner than expected. Would definitely purchase from this seller again
