  The seller used Evri and was told they tried to deliver 3 times - I had no evidence of this but will accept this was true. It is Evri’s policy, I was told, to return the parcel after 3 attempts, so I did not receive the item. The seller refunded my money ( apart from postage which I accept). I therefore cannot make further comments about the item.
