  Claimed that the item was damaged or out of stock. Really. It’s an axle that couldn’t possibly be damaged and there was never a mention that it was being offered for sale locally. I had already purchased additional parts to use this, so now I’m stuck. I contacted the seller requesting him to look to see if the shipping price could be reduced since I thought it was high. I reluctantly paid his listed shipping cost and he still didn’t hold up his eBay contractual agreement. He did refund my money.
