  The item the seller shipped to me was clearly an open-box product and possibly used. I raised my concerns, but the seller refused to acknowledge them and claimed I was making a false accusation. I even provided multiple photos that clearly showed the package had been opened. - The outer box was double-taped -The interior cardboard was torn and ripped - The charger was unsecured, despite having bands meant to tie it down - One part was taped in place to keep it secure inside the box, and more.

  The item was shipped in its original, unopened retail box. The outer carton was double-taped by UPS for protection, not because it was opened before. The buyer refused to use the official return process and made an incorrect assumption based on normal shipping wear. We stand by the accuracy of our listing and the product condition.
