Excellent Vermicelli
I was looking on the internet for a real quality milk chocolate vermicelli and found it here at the chocolate trading co. I wanted to recreate the simple old fashioned home made sponge cake with icing and vermicelli that all your aunties would make. I had tried a few vermicelli from the supermarkets and did not have the cocoa content and were pretty brittle for a sponge cake but this product is spot on and tastes brilliant. At first I thought it was pricey for the 300 grams but once used for the first couple of large cakes there were loads left. Packaging was excellent and a fair delivery price. Try it.
