    Never got the item so messaged seller, no reply, opened a claim with eBay to get a refund, they gave seller time to respond also with no reply. eBay refunded me.

    I purchased this nearly 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been shipped. I contacted the seller after a week and was told he would ship the item the following day. Another week later and nothing has been shipped. Nor any further response from the "seller". The poor feedback the seller has received from others may very well have been earned. Now I'll open a case with eBay. Something about the sellers recently. Most of you should be ashamed!

    DVD was listed as in "very good condition". DVD is heavily scratched and the case is broken Seller admitted case was broken before shipping. Seller has an extremely poor attitude and is argumentative. Sick of people ripping you off over a few dollars. Seller has refused a refund, claiming I have a poor attitude. Apparently, pointing out a wildly inaccurate description is considered a poor attitude by this seller. I will have to have Ebay extract a refund on my behalf.

you need a decent tutorial so the layman can do it
I am 81 years old and have no need for the wi-fi. I have tried to download the apt and can not get that right.. All we need ids to turn it on and let it do its thing. I have spoken to a couple of your techs and first of all they do not speak english well enough to teach anyone anything.
