This is a dry application protector.
I purchased this protector for my phone as I've used this company's products on other electronic devices. I assumed it was a wet application protector, as I've found those turn out the best after applying them. This was a dry application version, and I found it to be inferior to the wet application version. It was extremely sticky and picked up finger prints right away. I ended up ordering from Skinomi as they still have a full body protection kit that goes on wet and comes with a cloth/squeegee/spray.
