Great sound for live gig, easy to use and trim

Sometimes when an item is inexpensive we doubt it can be of good quality. These mics were a very pleasant surprise! They were easy to set up and easy to EQ and level trim on my mixer for an excellent live gig sound. These may not be the correct choice for mastering a studio CD, but for a live gig they were far better than I expected. Well worth the price. Remember to use some 57's on the cymbals however.

Nice unit, but be aware of shortcomings,

While many movies and t.v. shows will be available for free, most of the good stuff still requires a pay membership, and you still need an I.S.P. so you won't be saving as much as you first thought. Some HDMI input televisions are prone to locking up when they get corrupted data signals. I chose to use the component signals red/white/yellow plugs, rather than keep power cycling my T.V. to clear a locked HDMI condition. One of the upsides to this device is watching T.V. from overseas.
