Best Headgear for Boxing in the World.
Very meticulously crafted. Absorbs impact and is sturdy, most importantly lightweight to allow for good head-movement. Would not be good for Thai boxing or Kickboxing simply because it has a blind spot below making kicks hard to see.

The Truth, The Cure
Started an activity called "sungazing" or "stargazing" which turned into an experience. The book further supplements my belief that there is a cure for the human body as a whole. It involves a holistic approach with trusting that resources found naturally on earth is the remedy for long-term living as opposed to "treatments' that only serve for the short-term.
