An easy read
Chonda did a good job telling of her experience with depression, a problem that is becoming more prevalent in our time. Her celebrity status gives her a platform from which to inform and educate the public about the seriousness of this illness and how it affects more people than is generally known. She is easy to relate to and I applaud her willingness to allow us to venture into a dark time in her life when all was not well. The book gives hope for the discouraged and helps those in similar circumstances realize that they, too, can "laugh in the dark."

Great for use as a media center and study desk.
It was a little larger than I expected but it is a great desk with a sturdy chair. I love the gray color and it is just as was shown in the ad. I ordered it for my granddaughter but I may be using it myself.

Great title that sparks a giggle.
The book was received in a very timely fashion and was in excellent condition. The illustrations are delightful, however I was a tad disappointed in the story line but I cannot tell you exactly why. I am glad I purchased the book and look forward to reading it to my granddaughters. We may even dress for tea.
