Meet Matt Hughes
My order got here quick, I got kind of what I wanted. The only thing is the color. I got a smaller sample in my IPSY box and the color isn't quite the same. I like the sample better than the larger size. I don't know why that is but they are different colors but the same name. That's kind of a let down because it's hard to find a color that you really like and have been looking for quite some time and then it not.
