    Purchased a new Galaxy Watch 5 Pro from this seller and passed on two other offers for the same item. After three days with no updates, a shipping label was finally created—only to be immediately canceled and refunded two hours later, without any explanation. I reached out to ask what was going on and didn’t receive a response until a full day later. The only reply was a refund and a brief “sorry for the inconvenience.” Disappointing experience with no communication or accountability.

    Appears to be in great physical shape. Few blemishes, correct model number for the item description, battery health appears to be excellent for a phone of its age, IMEI is clean, shipped insanely fast and got here quickly. Packaged extremely well. No complaints on my end, thanks guys!
