Phone worked fine, but did not have download capabilities advertized.
Could not load programs even though Verizon's site says it is a compatible phone for VZ navigator and Back up Contacts. The rep at the Verizon store was able to load hundreds of contacts from another phone, but not from the website. The phone was more warn than expected. I bought it used, but still expected these features to be available. If you don't need/want these features, the phone is fine for a phone and has a good sized screen for internet access.
