Not for everyone, but perfect for me
Leica are overpriced, they’ve been that way for over 100 years, yet they are still in business, so it’s pointless to dwell on that.
I enjoy street photography, I am too lazy to carry multiple lenses, I appreciate autofocus.
I’ve owned many cameras (Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, Ricoh), and Leica was most complimentary to my elementary photography skills.
So I save up (and sold other cameras) to buy the camera that’s right for me.

Easier than imagined.
I’ve never properly learned zone-focus, yet when I cornered myself by bringing only manual lens on a recent trip, I was pleasantly surprised how I managed.
I still can’t zone-focus, I still wouldn’t use this to capture weddings, but I wouldn’t mind using it as my walk-around lens for street photography.
