Must read for anyone facing adversity
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I had bought this book while recovering from chemotherapy treatments. I didn't get in divorce so I had to have for my library. No matter what you think of cycling, or Lance Armstrong, this book helps you to see what you have to do when facing adversity; face it head on. It also helps you to see behind the personality at what shaped him so he could become a champion. This book should be read whether facing a health issue or just a major crisis.

Love it
Easy to set up because it guides you every step. Past the music, weather and sports; we bought some Smart bulbs. Alexa can turn on lights so no more coming into a dark house. You do not have to raise your voice to be heard

Very good book
3 personnes sur 3 ont jugé cet avis utile. A friend advised me of this book so I bought it just hoping something in it would help. I am 2 years from my last chemotherapy treatment, but still fatigued and have poor circulation.
I have already learned several things that will assist me in improving my health. The book is easy to read, has clear charts and data; but I really enjoy the updates on people. You hear so many things about something that will help your body. This book puts everything within a cover so you can easily look them up. I can't wait to fully implement all the data in this book.
